2020年度“魅力中国—外籍人才眼中最具吸引力的中国城市”评选活动现已启动，此活动由国家科学技术部国外人才研究中心主办，自2010年起已连续成功举办十年，旨在鼓励外国友人建言献策，促进城市营商和宜居环境提升，更好服务外籍人才在华工作、生活。
成都市作为45个候选城市之一，2018年4月成都首次入选“外籍人才眼中最具吸引力的中国城市”十强榜单。2020年，我市再次入选“2019魅力中国—外籍人才眼中最具吸引力的中国城市”前十榜单。
The annual survey,titled Amazing China — the Most Attractive Chinese Cities for Foreigners2020 has been launched and Chengdu is one of the forty-five candidate cities. The annual survey has been hosted by the Foreign Talent Research Center, Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China for ten years since 2010. It’s aimed to encourage comments and proposals from foreign friends to improve the urban environment for business and life, and provide better services for foreign talented people working and living in China. Chengdu was listed in the top ten cities in the event of 2018 for the first time. Last year, Chengdu ranked among the top ten cities again.
（一）活动全部采用电子问卷调查方式，所有受邀请的外籍专家评价城市需填写完整的调查问卷。
(i) all the activities are conducted by questionnaire, and all invited foreign experts are required to fill in a complete questionnaire to evaluate the city.

（三）有效问卷：同一名外籍专家不可填写多份问卷，其基本信息重复出现之问卷不计入有效问卷。
(iii) Valid questionnaire: the same foreign expert may not fill in more than one questionnaire, and the questionnaire with repeated basic information will not be included in the valid questionnaire.
